Microsoft license spurns open source

From my brother Tim...

"The campaign, in which the executives have compared open-source software to viruses
and cancer, comes at a time when some observers believe Microsoft is worried that
Linux--the best-known open-source project--will undermine the Microsoft.Net strategy
for joining desktop computer users with sophisticated Internet services."

Bottom line? Gates & Co. are nervous about free software cutting into their profits,
so they are using terms like "VIRUS" and "CANCER" to describe them.

How these people live with themselves is beyond me.... they are about 2 steps above
tobacco companies at this rate.
